We would like to thank Stella Dimitrakopoulou for kindly giving us the permission to have her works on the banner of Radio Art. From her whole work we have chosen those paintings, which are based on pictures of very important figures of science, of art, of history. Stella has transformed this primary material through her graphic art and painting skill to modern works of art, which single out for their freshness and specialness, making her painting style one of a kind.
Stella Dimitrakopoulou has studied arts and graphic design and she also studies at the Faculty of Theatre Studies of the School of Philosophy of the University of Athens.
She professionally works with graphic arts and multimedia.

What time is it?
There is no time in the dark!
Why?
..Because time is made of pictures. Pictures that come and go…some of them are lost in the catacomb of forgetfulness and others take their place in the morning room of memory.
Which is the most important choice that you have made until now?
To try and see, to hear, to touch, to lose myself and to find me again, to turn the dilemma upside down and to trust uncertainty as if it were a set system of knowledge.
