Takis Zerdevas is a widely recognized photographer who has been promoting an extremely interesting kind
of artistic speculation in Greece by examining the limits and potentials of different media
and cleverly overcoming any air-tight corners. Zerdevas’ work cannot be categorized and that is its basic property:
to escape from what’s self-evident.

In summary, his speculation expands on the very ancient relationship between form and space, between language
and communication, between picture and the meaning it conveys whether willingly or not.
